(“PDG”) operates the ERADIOLOGIA.sk platform, which enables electronic access to diagnostic reports, remote access for authorized users, and support for teleradiology services. The protection of your personal data is our priority. This notice explains what personal data we process, for what purposes we use it, to whom it may be disclosed, and what rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data.
Who is responsible for your data?
When using the ERADIOLOGIA.sk platform, it is necessary to distinguish between the provision of healthcare services and the operation of the technological platform.

Healthcare provider (which provided you with healthcare services):

  • maintains your medical records,
  • performs diagnostic examinations,
  • prepares medical reports,
  • makes decisions regarding your treatment,
  • fulfills obligations arising from healthcare legislation.

Pro Diagnostic Group, a.s.:

  • operates the ERADIOLOGIA.sk platform,
  • manages user accounts,
  • provides electronic access to reports for users,
  • supports teleradiology services,
  • ensures information and cybersecurity,
  • monitors and protects information systems,
  • manages the technical infrastructure required for the operation of the platform.

Registration for the ERADIOLOGIA.sk Portal
The use of the ERADIOLOGIA.sk portal is voluntary. Access to the portal is granted upon user registration and acceptance of the valid Terms and Conditions published on the operator’s website. We process personal data to the extent necessary for:
  • creating and managing a user account,
  • verifying the user’s identity,
  • ensuring secure access to the system,
  • providing access to diagnostic reports,
  • communicating with the user in connection with the provided service.
If a user requests the deletion of their account, personal data will only be processed to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the legitimate interests of the operator.
What Data Do We Process?
Depending on the purpose of processing, we may process the following categories of personal data: Identification Data

  • personal identification number or another identifier,
  • user account identifiers.

Examination Data
  • data contained in examination requests,

The scope of processed data depends on the specific functionality of the platform and the type of user.

  • electronic access to diagnostic reports for patients,
  • secure sharing of diagnostic data among authorized users,
  • remote access for authorized healthcare professionals,
  • support for teleradiology services,
  • secure storage of diagnostic data.

How Do We Protect Your Data?
When operating our systems, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. These measures include, in particular:
  • encrypted communications,
  • multi-factor authentication,
  • access rights management,
  • audit logging,

  • endpoint protection,
  • regular security assessments,
  • centralized security monitoring.
Access to personal data is granted only to persons who require it for the performance of their professional or legal duties.

  • healthcare providers using the ERADIOLOGIA.sk platform,

If Your Request Concerns Medical Records
If your request concerns:
  • the content of medical records,
  • examination results,
  • medical reports,
  • correction of health-related data,
we recommend that you contact directly the healthcare provider that delivered your healthcare services. In such cases, the healthcare provider is the primary controller of personal data and maintains the medical records in its own name.
